Sculpt Class - Resistance training for the entire body using light weights, bands and dumbbells. Abs included. Low & Lean - This one hour class combines high-intensity, low-impact aerobics with strength training. Hand weights are optional. Freewheelin' - A low-impact cardiovascular workout performed on Keiser free-wheel bikes to motivating music and instruction. Self-Defense - Learn falling and rolling floor exercises, how to knock down an enemy with a finger, and how to escape from hand and body holds. All ability levels are welcomed. Circuit Step - Step aerobics combined with resistance training. This one hour class is loaded with variety and challenge. A real calorie-burner. Tai Chi - Emphasizes relaxation, proper breathing, centering, alignment of musculoskeletal structures, integration of mind and body, and circulation of Chi (energy). Power Yoga - Increase strength, flexibility and balance while simultaneously reducing stress. Learn to link body, breath, mind and spirit. Workouts can be adapted to any fitness level.
